Privacy & transparency
Cookies Policy
The browser storage used by the current website and how you can manage it.
Updated 1 October 2026
Theme preference
The website uses local storage, rather than a cookie, for the key “thessoftware-theme”. It stores only your selected theme: “light” or “dark”. The value stays in that browser until it is changed or the site’s stored data is cleared. It is not submitted by the website application to a server.
Analytics and advertising
The current website application does not add analytics scripts, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Any separate technical cookies or storage used by the hosting or security platform must be checked and documented before this policy is finalized.
Managing browser storage
You can delete this site’s stored data through your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing the theme preference returns the website to your device’s preferred colour scheme. If browser storage is blocked, the theme control still works for the current page.
Future changes
If optional analytics, advertising or additional browser storage is introduced, this policy and the relevant visitor controls will need to be updated before those features are enabled.
